The Next Era of Practice and Life Science Engagement, commissioned by RxVantage, investigated the information and resources desired and needed by physicians, billers and coders, and practice managers in the U.S. as the velocity of change in healthcare increases. Every busy day for the entire practice care team has been increasingly fragmented by a myriad of administrative tasks, the technology overhead needed for their work to keep up with the pace of change, an ever-increasing patient volume, and an expanding body of medical knowledge. RxVantage examined what practices need in order to maintain patient satisfaction and meet the financial challenges of healthcare today, and how stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, especially life science companies, can better support shifting practice needs.
